My Bay has been parked up over the winter months so had a flat battery. I managed to get her going by putting jump leads on and went for a short spin in her. I started her up every couple of days and she seemed fine. Went to start her up yesterday for a day out and flat battery again. Called out AA who said the battery was faulty, took battery back to garage (only had new Bosch correct battery less than a year) and they charged up for an hour and said it was OK and I needed to keep going on runs with her. Should the battery keep going flat every few days if van not in use. There is nothing draining battery not even interior light????

Yep get cover when you get insurance will usuallly cover you for europe as well.

If you want more cover for dailes as wellgo for greenflag but make sure you put down bay as first car as they dont cover anything older than 17 years for subseqquent cars.

get Comprehensive Plus, but one with insurance is best bet will probably be cheaper for insurance and cover than it si vor cover alone
